We also offer our rooms on a room only basis, please be aware that we don't offer cooking or refrigeration facilities with any bookings.

Room 1 from just £77 per night and Room 2 from just £82 per night
We offer discounts for longer term stays, ideal for people working, studying, or on placement at the RJAH Hospital or the Headley Court Veterans Centre, please phone for more information.

Cancellation made 9 days or more in advance of arrival date - Full deposit refund.
Cancellation made 9 days or less of arrival date - No refund issued.
It is suggested that guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required.
We understand circumstances and plans can change. If you have to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to resell the room(s) again and if successful, will issue a refund. If your stay is for multiple nights and the cancellation notice you give falls partly within your stay, we will issue a part refund as necessary.
