You can book a room with us directly, or through booking.com or Airbnb.  To book directly just phone or email, giving us a call is usually the quickest way.

Or you can use the contact form at the bottom of this page, we'll check the dates and availability then provisionally reserve the room for you and contact you to confirm. 


Booking direct with us means we can offer


Room 1 from just £70 (1 person) / £75 (2 people) per night


Room 2 from just £75 (1 person) / £80 (2 people) per night

prices include breakfast.

At various times of the year, usually from October through to March, we also offer discounts for stays of multiple nights, please contact us for more details.

Once we've sorted the dates and availability, we'll then e-mail you our terms and conditions, our cancellation policy and the payment details.

We ask you to pay the deposit within 48 hours, once that's done the reservation is confirmed and we'll look forward to meeting you.

If there are any problems just phone or e-mail, we're very friendly and we understand that circumstances and plans can change, we'll always do our best to help you re-schedule or process any cancellation as quick and efficiently as possible.

People usually want to know about our cancellation policy which is

Cancellation made 7 days or more in advance of arrival date - Full deposit refund.

Cancellation made 7 days or less of arrival date - No refund issued.

It is suggested that guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required.

Now a quick explanation! We understand circumstances and plans can change. If you have to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible.  We will always try to resell the room(s) again and if successful, will issue a full refund.  If your stay is for multiple nights and the cancellation notice you give falls partly within your stay, we will issue a part refund as necessary.
