We know these are difficult times and people will want reassurance that we are doing everything we can to reduce any risk to our guests from Covid-19. We've signed up to the 'Good To Go' scheme and have put in place all the measures necessary to keep Nant Gloyw as safe as possible. We've both been vaccinated, if that makes you feel reassured.

 

Firstly we’ll make the obvious point that if you feel unwell, please cancel or postpone your visit and follow the guidelines on self isolating. We’ll be glad to see you in the future when you’re feeling better.

 

To help reassure all our guests that it's safe to stay, we’ll be carrying out an extra thorough cleaning of our rooms between guests, and regular cleaning of the communal areas such as the breakfast area, front hallway and handrails during your stay. Our breakfast area, chairs, serving table, serving cutlery and food containers will be cleaned or changed between sittings. Because of this we will need to stagger breakfast times if we have guests from separate households and hope you’ll understand. Our serving area may look a little different than usual, but all our normal food choices will be available, we’ll talk you through the changes when you arrive.

 

Some things at Nant Gloyw will look a little different too, but our rooms are still warm, comfortable and welcoming.

 

Hand sanitiser will be available in each guest room, and in our entrance hallway, please leave for the next guests, and yes, we’ll clean the sanitiser bottle too!

We understand that everyone will have their own preferences about mixing with others and we’ll respect that at all times. If you’re staying for more than one night we’ll ask if you want your room ‘freshened up’ each day, and if you’d rather we didn’t, that’s fine by us, just let us know which items need topping up from your hospitality tray.

 

Restaurants and cafes in Oswestry are open as usual and we’re confident you’ll find somewhere to eat and drink.
